- Assessment:
This is the first step. It begins with an initial assessment via telephone call or a meeting with one of our account managers. Where we will develop a needs analysis and provide you with a quote for services.
-
Script:
You and your team develop the script and visual elements using guides and examples provided by our creative team and then we do the rest or we brainstorm to develop your project from scratch. Our collaboration together ensures that the specific targeted approach will lead to greater satisfaction if you are involved in the decision making process.

Production:
Pre-Production is everything that prepares for and precedes actual videotaping or live broadcast. Pre-Production involves preparing content (scripts, storyboards, graphics, sound, video inserts) and preparing equipment (sets, cameras, video/audio support units).
The Producer organizes the people, content, locations, and equipment needed to produce a video or a live broadcast. The Producer begins the Pre-production process by creating a timeline for the production and then by gathering the team who will assist with the various jobs required for the production.
Production is when it all comes together. The Producer oversees the Production step by making sure that personnel are present and ready to perform duties and that equipment is set up and working properly.
Post-Production is where the production is already taped, video segments are edited and are ready to produce a final product. During Post-Production, the Producer analyzes the finished video product. Using the Editor’s technical and creative skills all the components of the video, raw footage, narration, music, graphics, etc. are assembled and polished to convey the original message that began on paper as a script.
